Methodology
We started with joint workshops mapping IPEC filing cycles to measurement-model workflows, then modelled CSM and OCI paths in PostgreSQL with full audit lineage.
Delivery ran in vertical slices (subsidiary ledger → disclosure pack) with actuarial sign-off gates. Production hardening included maker-checker GL journals, RBZ rate restatement hooks, and sealed export pipelines for external audit.
