Methodology
Field research drove the offline-first data model: SQLCipher at rest, delta-sync with conflict rules, and strict PII boundaries before any cloud round-trip.
We validated with CHW pilot cohorts, then hardened biometric lock, sync telemetry, and Gemini-assisted reporting with automatic redaction. Rollout was phased by district with MoHCC-aligned checklists.
